Property Papers:

Below mentioned property papers are indicative documents and is not exhaustive list. The bank may ask for additional documents depending on the nature of the transaction.

ü Agreement of Sale (any one) :

§  Registered Agreement of Sale

§  Stamped Agreement of Sale

§  Allotment Letter

ü Occupancy Certificate in case the property is a ready-to-move-in property

ü Copy (blueprint) of the Approved Plan and Registered Development agreement of the builder

ü Conveyance Deed in case of a new property

T&CP certificate and Diversion letterBank account statements indicating all payments made to the seller or builder

ü Complete Document chain – in case of repurchase case

ü Loan foreclosure statement, in case where the property intended to be purchased has a loan running on it

ü Copy of plan approved for the proposed construction/extension

ü Cost estimation/ valuation report from Bank’s (or finance company) authorised surveyor / evaluator

ü Allotment letter of housing board/ NOC of the society/Builder etc. as well as any other land use certificate/other
