You can check your leads directly from Facebook by going to the Facebook Page where you’re running your Lead Ads and downloading a CSV for each Lead Ads Form. You can view the full steps on Facebook’s official documentation.

Note that using this method, your leads will only be kept for 90 days, and leads older than that can no longer be accessed.

Alternately, you can use this free tool to check your recent leads within seconds. You can also use a third party integration or CRM, such as obligr, to get instant new lead alerts and quickly access your leads across any device, without any time limits or expiration.

Unfortunately, the official Facebook and Instagram Page mobile apps don’t support checking or viewing leads from your phone. You can use Facebook’s Ads app to check the number of leads received, but you won’t be able to access any lead details via the app.

However, you can go to the Facebook website on your mobile browser, request the desktop site, then follow the usual steps to download Facebook Leads on desktop. Note that this method will still entail downloading CSV files of the lead data, which may not be viewable on all mobile devices.
