Refund & Cancellation

We understand you might be hesitant to try a new technology product like Obligr. You might be unsure if it would really help your business. You might not be able to trust the company with your money and time. So here, throughout this letter, we ensure that we will provide a full refund in case you are not well pleased with the product, anytime within first 2 days for your service activation.

This could be for many cause like, you did not find the product helpful for your business or you did not find our service better. If you want your money back, we will do it for you.

Refund / Credit Request

In case we failed to continue your services running then you can apply for a Service Credit. For this, the customer must submit a ticket to support@obligr.com within 2 days. The ticket must include "Service-Level Agreement Claim" as the subject of the ticket; the dates and times of the requesting credit; and any applicable information that ensures and lists the claimed failure.

Service Credits shall be your sole and exclusive remedy for any unavailability or non-performance of the Obligr Services or other failure by us to provide the Obligr Services. If there is an issue with the telephony operator or internet provider and if it results in hamper or shutdown in running services then Obligr will not be liable for the business loss associated.

Suspension / Termination

We are authorized to suspend and terminate any account for any complain and violation of terms and policy. Account which is suspended and cancelled due to violation of terms and policies will not be comes under refund policies. If we terminate and suspend account due to other reasons then we will refund the amount for remaining credits excluding GST (As per Refund Policy)

Note

1.This policies is valid for services without any type of editing.

2.This policies is not applicable on services purchased at discounted prices.

3.For refund, we hope your account does not make excessive usage Fair Usage Policy.
