Delivered
The message has been delivered and we received a confirmation via the DLR (delivery report)
Dropped / Rejectd
Your message was rejected at the SMSC of the Carrier. This happens when the destination network is not available or blocked to the Carrier
Check the recipient's mobile number network or check the status of mobile number on NCCP TRAI, is the number is blacklisted by raising DND complain in past
Undelivered
Message submitted but not delivered due to unavailability of network, number is wrong, inactive, no longer in use or mobile handset memory or inbox full
Check if the recipient's mobile number is correct
Operator Delivered
Your message has been submitted to the Carrier's SMSC (Short Message Service Center) and is waiting for the delivery status confirmation from the Carrier
Switch off the device and restart it after 10 seconds. This will force it to reestablish the connection with the provider. Please retest it with another message
Failed
Failed to deliver due to number blacklisted on carrier or number, not in use
Check if the recipient's mobile number is correct
Expired
This means that the handset may have been switched off or out of signal for a long period of time, and the validity of the network of the message has expired. The SMSC failed to deliver even after its final attempt as per its retry scheme
Switch off the device and restart it after 10 seconds. This will force it to re-establish the connection with the provider. Please retest it with another message
DND
Message has been rejected due to the user being subscribed to DND (Do Not Disturb) services, disabling any service traffic to their number
Invalid
The mobile number has been incorrectly formatted or is incomplete, The number contains too few or too many numbers. like more than 10 Digit or less than 10 Digit or +91 or starting with zero '0'

The destination is on the line with another caller
Reschedule or Resend again
Unanswered
The call was canceled by the caller
Reschedule or Resend again
Timeout
The call timed out before it was answered
Reschedule or Resend again
Failed
The call failed before reaching the destination, or the number may have been input incorrectly
Switch off the device and restart it after 10 seconds. This will force it to re-establish the connection with the provider. Please retest it with another call
Completed
The call is completed successfully

Invalid
